Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL)
A free external dispute-resolution scheme for complaints against participating NZ financial-services firms.
Definition
FSCL (fscl.org.nz) is another approved external dispute-resolution scheme alongside IFSO. Insurers and FAPs nominate one EDR scheme on registration. Like IFSO, FSCL investigates complaints free to the consumer and issues decisions binding on the member up to a defined dollar limit.
